Privacy, in plain words
The short version
Your quiz answers never leave your device. We don't ask for your name or email to show a result, we don't sell data, and we don't run tracking cookies. This page exists because the law requires it and because we'd rather over-explain than surprise you.
What happens to your answers
Quizzes run entirely in your browser. Your answers and results are stored only in your browser's local storage (on your device), so the site can show you your previous results. They are not sent to our servers. Clearing your browser data removes them.
What we technically receive
Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes standard server logs (IP address, browser type, requested page) to deliver the site and protect it from abuse, as any website host does. We don't use this to identify you.
What we count
We keep a small set of daily counters: how many people start a quiz, how many finish it, how many open a result page, and how many click through to a product. Each counter is a number per day, per quiz, per tool. There is no identifier of any kind attached, no session, no timestamp finer than the date, and your answers are never part of it. We cannot tell from this data that two visits came from the same person, and neither can anyone else reading it.
Product buttons go through an address on this site (/go/…) that immediately
redirects you to the product. That is what lets us count the click and update an affiliate
link without rebuilding the site. It sets nothing on your device.
Cookies
Right now the site sets no tracking cookies. If we ever add advertising, we will add a consent banner first, as EU law requires — you'll be asked before anything is set.
Sharing your result
Result links you share (like /quiz/spirit-animal/wolf/) contain the result type
and, optionally, percentage numbers — nothing that identifies you.
